Kiev forces observe ceasefire for two days running – JCCC

Donetsk, Nov 2 – DAN. Ukrainian armed formations observed the ceasefire in the past 24 hours, said LPR Militia representative at the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination (JCCC).

“Over the past 24 hours no violations were recorded,” the report reads.

In the previous reporting period, Ukraine also abstained from opening fire, though violated Additional Measures twice.

The Additional Measures to Strengthen the Ceasefire were signed at the Contact Group meeting on July 22 to reinforce and control the indefinite ceasefire in effect since July 21, 2019, the latest in the series of more than 20 reconfirmation and announcements of the “silence regime”. The package came into effect on July 27. *ot
