Ukrainian army violates ceasefire almost once over 24 hours

Donetsk, Aug 14 – DAN. Ukrainian forces violated the ceasefire once over the past 24 hours, the DPR mission to the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination (JCCC) said.

“Over the past 24 hours, Ukrainian forces violated the ceasefire once firing at Sakhanka in the Novoazovsk region,” the report reads.

The enemy used small arms.

In the previous reporting period, Ukrainian forces launched an UAV outside Kominternovo in violation of Additional Measures to control the ceasefire.

The Additional Measures to Strengthen the Ceasefire were signed at the Contact Group meeting on July 22 to reinforce and control the indefinite ceasefire in effect since July 21, 2019, the latest in the series of more than 20 reconfirmation and announcements of the “silence regime”.
