Kiev forces violate ceasefire three times in 24 hours

Donetsk, Oct 2 – DAN. Ukrainian forces violated the ceasefire three times over the past 24 hours, the DPR mission to the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination (JCCC) said.

“Over the past 24 hours, the number of registered violations was three, nine rounds were fired,” the report reads.

Grenade launcher, RPG and SPG fire was directed at Dolomitnoye and Leninskoye.

In addition, engineer works began yesterday at 11.25 a.m. at Ukrainian positions outside Vodyanoye in violation of the Additional Measures.

The Additional Measures to Strengthen the Ceasefire were signed at the Contact Group meeting on July 22 to reinforce and control the indefinite ceasefire in effect since July 21, 2019, the latest in the series of more than 20 reconfirmation and announcements of the “silence regime”.
