Kiev forces violate ceasefire five times over 24 hours

Donetsk, Jan 18 – DAN. Ukrainian forces violated the ceasefire five times over the past 24 hours, the DPR mission to the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination (JCCC) said.

“Over the past 24 hours, the number of registered violations was five”.

Leninskoye, Novaya Tavria and Sakhanka came under fire.

Over the last reporting period, ceasefire was violated six times.

On Saturday, seven ceasefire violations were reported.

The Additional Measures to Strengthen the Ceasefire were signed at the Contact Group meeting on July 22 to reinforce and control the indefinite ceasefire in effect since July 21, 2019, the latest in the series of more than 20 reconfirmation and announcements of the “silence regime”.
