Western Gorlovka comes under Ukrainian forces mortar fire – JCCC

Donetsk, Dec 17 – DAN. Ukrainian forces fired heavy mortars at the Shirokaya Balka settlement in the western outskirts of Gorlovka, the Donetsk Republic Office at the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination said on Tuesday.

“At 11:10 Ukrainian armed formations fired five 120mm mortar rounds on the Novgorodskoye – Shirokaya Balka axis; large calibre machine guns and small arms were used as well,” the JCCC said.

No casualties or damage were immediately reported.

Earlier reports on Tuesday said that Kiev forces had increased strikes at the DPR by 13 times expending more than 100 rounds of ammunition.*jk
