Kiev forces fire 70 rounds at Donetsk northern suburbs – JCCC

Donetsk, Apr 23 – DAN. Ukrainian armed formations fired mortars and anti-aircraft guns at settlements in the outskirts and northern suburbs of Donetsk on Thursday morning, the Donetsk Republic Office at the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination (JCCC) reported.

“Ukrainian armed formations delivered a strike at the Spartak village from 05:35 to 05:40,” the report said. “Overall, 21 82mm mortar rounds were fired. Later on, 50 ZU-23 anti-aircraft gun rounds were fired from Peski towards the Zhabichevo settlement.”

On top of that, Ukrainian forces fired grenade launchers and high calibre small arms  at the Shakha Gagarina neighbourhood in Gorlovka.

Earlier reports said that Kiev forces violated the ceasefire 16 times over the past 24 hours firing more than 160 rounds of ammunition at DPR areas.*jk
