DPR reports third case of COVID-19 – Ministry of Health

Donetsk, Apr 3 – DAN. DPR has registered the third case of COVID-19, the Ministry of Health said.

“On April 3, the third case of coronavirus infection has been registered, the patient visited Ukraine in March.”

The hospitalized man is 62 years old and is being treated in the infection unit. His condition is satisfactory, temperature is 37,1, no fever and cough.

His wife has also been put under observation and tested for COVID-19. The results are to be released later.

On March 31, the DPR recorded the first COVID-19 case.

On March 14, the DPR went on high alert in connection with the threat of the coronavirus infection spread.

Latest reports said that there were more than a million COVID-19 cases across the world; nearly 55,000 people have died, 220,000 recovered. The countries with the largest confirmed COVID-19 cases are the US, Spain and Italy. *ot
