OSCE’s Frisch hopes for a soon prisoner swap between Ukraine and DPR

Donetsk, Apr 5 – DAN. The OSCE insists on the soonest prisoner exchange between the DPR and Ukraine, the Coordinator of the Humanitarian working group Ambassador Toni Frisch told jourmalists in Donetsk after he visited a detention center.

“I hope that the exchange will take place as soon as possible. My colleagues and me are struggling to facilitate the exchange as quickly as possible.”

DPR Ombudswoman Daria Morozova said that the Republic is completely ready for the swap.

“The DPR is fully prepared for a swap on the “all for all” basis to be carried out on a short notice, and we call on the Ukrainian side to do the same.”
