DPR disappointed about OSCE’s coordinators inaction over Minsk talks impediment by Kiev

Donetsk, Apr 10 – DAN. Kiev has blocked the work of three working groups of the Contact Group today in Minsk, said DPR Foreign Minister Natalia Nikonorova.

“Kiev has done everything to completely block the meetings of working groups on humanitarian, economic and political issues. No doubt, we understand how preoccupied with the election results, rather than Donbass situation, the representatives of current

Ukrainian authorities are. Still, we are disappointed that the OSCE’s coordinators have not taken measures to prevent the impediment.”

Nikonorova said that only the security subgroup was able to discuss the agenda, in particular, the effective ceasefire control, which is impossible without additional control measures.*ot
