OSCE’s Toni Frisch arrives in Donetsk with working visit

Donetsk, Apr 5 – DAN. The Coordinator of the Humanitarian working group Ambassador Toni Frisch has arrived in Donetsk with a working visit, DAN correspondent says.

Frisch is expected to visit the Donetsk detention center and the Torez and Nikitovskaya penitentiaries, where Ukrainian service members are being held. The OSCE’s representative is going to inspect their living conditions.

DPR representative in the Humanitarian group Ombudswoman Daria Morozova is going to join Frisch on his inspection.

The Coordinator previously visited the DPR in September 2018 when he met mothers of DPR supporters imprisoned in Ukraine, released POWs and families of those gone missing. Back then, he also visited the Donetsk detention center and the Torez and Snezhnoye penitentiaries. *ot
