★ DPR and Ukraine to exchange POW on April 16 – Morozova

Donetsk, Apr 15 – DAN. A new round of POW exchange will take place tomorrow, April 16, the DPR Ombudswoman Darya Morozova said.

“The prisoner exchange is to take place on April 16,” she said.

The sides previously discussed several formulas of the exchange. The most commonly discussed was “10 for 8” meaning that the DPR shall receive back 10 its supporters.

The latest in the series of POW swaps took place on December 29, 2019 on the “124 for 76 basis”. DPR received 61 people. The exchange was brokered at the Normandy Four meeting in Paris on December 9. *ot
