DPR estimates 115 people held as POW in Ukraine
“Operative reports show that as of April 17 Ukraine holds 115 people. The information on them is either missing or being specified,” the statement reads.
According to the Office, 468 people are missing. Some of them might be imprisoned in Ukraine.
