DPR records no cases of COVID-19, situation is stable – Ministry of Health

Donetsk, Mar 30 – DAN. DPR has no recorded cases of COVID-19, the Ministry of Health said.

“The epidemiological situation is stable. No cases of COVID-19 have been recorded.”

The total number of 7,984 patients are under medical surveillance, 118 of them are in hospitals. The rest are self-isolating. The majority of the patients returned to the DPR on March 27-29.

DPR has been on high alert since March 14. Border control authorities have introduced 24/7 shifts of experts who monitor travelers for COVID-19 symptoms.

Travelers returning from most affected countries (Ukraine, China, Spain, Italy, Iran, Korea, France and Germany) are required to self-isolate at their homes for 14 days. *ot
