Two houses damaged as Ukrainian army shells Staromikhailovka – JCCC

Donetsk, Jan 23 – DAN. Two houses in the frontline Staromikhailovka neighbourhood in western Donetsk were damaged in shelling by Ukrainian forces, the Donetsk Republic Office at the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination (JCCC) reported on Thursday.

“At 09:47, Ukrainian armed formations in the Krasnogorovka settlement area opened infantry fighting vehicle cannon fire towards Staromikhailovka,” the report said. “Overall, 50 rounds were fired. The shelling caused damage to the frontages and windows of the houses at 126 Lenin Street, and 4 Bakinskikh Komissarov Street.”

Earlier reports on Thursday said that Ukrainian armed formations shelled the Staromikhailovka area in the western outskirts of Donetsk.*jk
