DPR reports 36 new COVID-19 cases in 24 hours

Donetsk, Jul 24 – DAN. DPR has registered 36 new cases of COVID-19 as the total number of confirmed cases raises to 1,611, the Ministry of Health said.

“The Ministry of Health reports that tests revealed 36 cases of COVID-19 in the DPR on July 23.”

Four of the patients arrived from Ukraine on July 17.

Within the past 24 hours, seven people recovered and tested negative twice.

Overall, 94 patients have died, 747 have recovered, 770 are being treated.

On March 14, the DPR went on high alert in connection with the threat of the coronavirus infection spread.

As of July 21, 972 new cases were reported in Ukraine bringing the total number of COVID-19 cases to 62,823, of those 1,571 died.*ot*pp
