“The talks were unavailing. Regrettably, it is useless to expect constructive proposals from Ukraine; we have been unable to make headway in finalising the basic document, the Addition Measures to Strengthen the Ceasefire,” the DPR Office said.
Earlier on Tuesday, DPR representative in the humanitarian subgroup Darya Morozova said that the humanitarian subgroup’s work in 2020 had been the least productive in the whole period of talks through Ukraine’s fault.*jk
