DPR militia downs Ukrainian drone used to monitor Dokuchayevsk bus attack

Donetsk, Mar 5 – DAN. Donetsk Republic militiamen shot down the Ukrainian drone which was in the Dokuchayevsk bus attack area, the DPR Militia reported on Thursday.

Reports on Wednesday said that Ukrainian forces had fired an anti-tank guided missile at the passenger bus outside Dokuchayevsk. The driver swerved the vehicle to take it out of the of line of fire. A man and a woman suffered shrapnel wounds in the incident.

“Our air defence units destroyed the enemy quadcopter which had been monitoring the area,” the DPR militia said.

The DPR militia urged OSCE Special Monitoring Mission observers to make all efforts towards investigating the incident.*jk
