No ceasefire violations by Kiev forces over past 24 hours – JCCC

Donetsk, Nov 17 – DAN. Ukrainian armed formations have not opened fire at the Donetsk Republic territory over the past 24 hours, the DPR Office at the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination reported on Tuesday.

“Over the past 24 hours, no ceasefire violations by Ukrainian armed formations have been recorded,” the report said.

However, Ukrainian forces have violated the Additional Measures to Strengthen the Ceasefire in Donbass once since Monday as they carried out engineer works in the Kiev-controlled Peski settlement outside Donetsk.

In the previous reporting period, Ukrainian forces violated the ceasefire twice firing at the Dzerzhinskoye and Novolaspa settlements’ areas in the south of the Republic.

The package of tighter ceasefire control measures came into force in Donbass on July 27, 2020. The document bans the use of any weapons, deployment of hardware, special operations, engineer works and unmanned aerial vehicles flights.*jk
