Ukrainian marines open fire on Kominternovo using sound suppressors

Donetsk, Oct 19 – DAN. Servicemen of the 36th separate marine brigade of the Ukrainian armed forces opened fire on the village of Kominternovo this afternoon, said DPR People’s Militia.

“On the Mariupol axis, militants of the 501st separate battalion 36th brigade opened small arms fire on Kominternovo using sound suppressors,” the message says.

Earlier reports said that Ukrainian army doubled the number of ceasefire violations compared with the previous day.

The DPR Foreign Ministry expressed concern about the growing number of ceasefire violations and called on Kiev to agree on an update to the Additional Measures to Strengthen the Ceasefire. *ot
