DPR repays Voda Donbassa salaries debt

Donetsk, Dec 30 – DAN. DPR has repaid more than 300 mln rubles of Ukrainian debt to the Voda Donbassa water company employees.

Earlier the Republic settled Ukrainian debt worth 130 mln rubles.

“The second stage of financing the water company has been finalized. The enterprise received 225 mln rubles to pay outstanding salaries,” the Ministry of Public Utilities said.

The largest sum was transferred to employees’ bank accounts, the remaining part was paid in cash or transferred as state insurance and taxes.

Kiev has not been financing the company with six thousand employees since 2018.*ot
