Children’s hospital, swimming pool damaged by Ukrainian morning attack on Donetsk
Donetsk, Jun 19 – DAN. A children’s hospital and a swimming pool have been damaged as a result of Ukrainian artillery attack on western Donetsk this morning, the DPR Mission to the JCCC said.
“Two infrastructural objects have been damaged, the City Children’s Hospital No.4 on the Karamzina street and the Petrovskiy swimming pool on the 2c Arkhitektorov street in the Petrovskiy district of Donetsk,” the report reads.
Ukrainian army has launched a massive artillery strike on western Donetsk early on Wednesday.
Petrovskiy swimming pool was opened in 2012 and was considered a world-class sport facility with 25 meter long swimming tracks. It was badly damaged during 2014-2015 military actin and restored in 2017. *ot
