DPR and LPR develop draft package of additional measures to control ceasefire

Donetsk, Mar 27 – DAN. The DPR and LPR representatives at the security subgroup of the Contact Group have developed a package of additional measures to control the ceasefire, said DPR Foreign Minister Natalia Nikonorova.

“As of today, the Republics have developed a generalized draft package of additional measures to control the ceasefire, based on the OSCE-proposed options. As we have seen, the lack of such measures renders all ceasefire attempts useless.”

The Republics have also drawn the procedure to coordinate additional safety guarantees to facilitate repair works on infrastructural facilities.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs said that the Contact group tasked the security group with intensification of work on the projects so that the additional measures are harmonized by the Easter.*ot
