DPR delegates to take part in BRICS, SCO Student Spring Festival

Donetsk, Jun 4 – DAN. Donetsk Republic representatives will take part in the BRICS and SCO Student Spring Festival in the Russian Federation, the Russian Centre press service reported on Tuesday.

“In the period from June 4 to June 9, four DPR students will participate in the 3rd international festival Student Spring of BRICS and SCO countries in Stavropol,” the report said.

“The festival marks Russia’s presidency of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) in 2019-2020 and is the largest youth event in Russia this year bringing together some 2,000 people from 23 countries. Representatives of Austria, Vietnam and Georgia are special guests.

The press service said that the organisers had planned sport, alternative and cybersport platforms and a cultural and entertainment programme featuring performances of Russian and international celebrities, a colours music show and a discotheque.
