Five persons die of swine flu in DPR since early 2020 – Healthcare Ministry

Donetsk, Feb 20 – DAN. Swine flu has killed five people in the Donetsk Republic since the beginning of the year, DPR Healthcare Minister Olga Dolgoshapko said on Thursday.

“We’ve recorded five lethal A(H1N1) flu cases since the beginning of this year,” Dolgoshapko said.

Earlier, the DPR reported an increase in the incidence of acute respiratory viral infections and flu.

H1N1 – is the subtype of influenza A virus that caused the influenza pandemic in 1918 (Spanish flu) and 2009 (swine flu).*jk
