DPR police reveals 38 violation of COVID-19 preventive measures in a week

Donetsk, Apr 13 – DAN. DPR Police checked on 2.6 thousand DPR residents in elf-isolation, the Interior Ministry said.

“Police carried out 2,675 checks on residents who are self-isolating over the week and drew up 38 administrative reports on violations of quarantine.”

Over 2,000 shops were also checked for following preventive measures to stop the COVID-19 spread. Seven violations were reported related to non-compliance with sanitary norms.

On March 14, the DPR went on high alert in connection with the threat of the coronavirus infection spread.

DRR has imposed a number of restriction on public events, restaurants and educational institutions. Individuals are subject to fines of 30-60 thousand rubles, while officials have to pay 40-80 thousand rubles if they violate the measures. Individual entrepreneurs risk 80-100 thousand rubles.
