Southern DPR villages come under Ukrainian forces mortar fire – JCCC

Donetsk, May 14 – DAN. Ukrainian armed formations fired mortars at the Dzerzhinskoye and Leninskoye villages in the south of the Donetsk Republic, the DPR Office at the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination said on Tuesday.

“Ukrainian armed formations in the Vodyanoye settlement area shelled Dzerzhinskoye and Leninskoye from 7:45 to 8:25,” the JCCC reported.

Overall, 16 82mm and 120mm mortar rounds were fired, it added. No casualties or damage reports were immediately available.

Over the past 24 hours, Kiev forces shelled the Republic with 172 rounds of ammunition in 17 ceasefire violations.*jk
