DPR Healthcare Ministry reports 35 new COVID-cases over 24 hours

Donetsk, May 31 – DAN. Thirty-five people in the Donetsk Republic have tested positive for COVID-19 over the past 24 hours, the DPR Healthcare Ministry press service reported.

“Over the past 24 hours, DPR medics confirmed 35 new COVID-19 cases,” the report said. “These people previously had contacts with the infected.“

Their condition is satisfactory; all of them are receiving medical assistance, the Ministry said.

As of now, the Republic has diagnosed 305 COVID-19 cases. Treatment is provided to 223 patients; 73 people have recovered and left hospitals. Nine people in the DPR have died of COVID-19 since the first novel coronavirus infection case was confirmed on March 31.*jk
