24 new COVID-19 cases diagnosed in DPR over 24 hours – Ministry

Donetsk, May 26 – DAN. Twenty-four new coronavirus infection cases have been diagnosed in the Donetsk Republic over the past 24 hours, the DPR Healthcare Ministry press service reported on Tuesday.

“Over the past 24 hours, 24 new COVID-19 cases have been confirmed,” the report said. “The persons who tested positive, including ten medics, had previously had contacts with the infected.”

The condition of the patients is currently satisfactory; they are receiving necessary assistance.

As of now, the number of COVID-19 cases in the DPR has reached 409. The Republic has 293 patients receiving medical treatment; 103 have been discharged from hospitals and 13 have died since the first COVID-19 case was confirmed on March 31.*jk
