Kiev is not ready for a new POW exchange – Morozova

Donetsk, Mar 2 – DAN. The prisoner exchange between Donbass and Kiev currently is impossible, as Ukraine has not confirmed the presence of detainees on its territory, said DPR Ombudswoman Daria Morozova.

The head of the Ukrainian presidential office Andrey Ermak said at the meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin’s Administration deputy head Dmitry Kozak that Ukraine hopes for a new exchange.

“Since the previous swap (December 29, 2019 Ukraine has not confirmed a single detainee. In reality the “all for all” formula does not exist as there are no people (to put on the exchange lists),” Morozova said. *ot
