46 new COVID-19 cases confirmed in DPR over 24 hours – Health Ministry

Donetsk, Aug 27 – DAN. Forty-six new COVID-19 cases have been confirmed in the Donetsk Republic over the past 24 hours, the DPR Healthcare Ministry reported on Thursday.

Coronavirus infection was diagnosed in four people who arrived in the Republic from Ukraine. The others had previously contacts with the infected. The condition of the patients is satisfactory. One COVID-19 related death has been reported.

The DPR currently has 2,446 confirmed COVID-19 cases; 1,188 people have convalesced, 1,122 are receiving treatment and 136 have died.

Ukraine has reported 1,974 new COVID-19 cases over the past 24 hours; 112,059 people have got infected in Ukraine since the beginning of the pandemic.*jk
