First Day of School meeting to be held at first-year and final-year grades

Donetsk, Aug 26 – DAN.  DPR Ministry of Education and Science has issued an advisory note on First Day of School meetings saying that such events should be held for 1st, 9th and 1th grades only.

“Official on First Day of School meetings will be held on September 1 but with certain limitations to observe the epidemiological measures. The Ministry recommends mandatory participation of first-year and final-year students in First Day of School meetings.”

Other students are not obliged to participate.

“We recommend that parents keep distance from children and wear masks.”

Nearly 143,000 pupils are going to schools on campus on September 1. *ot
