DPR sees record number of recovered COVID-19 patients over 24 hours – Health Ministry

Donetsk, Jul 2 – DAN. One hundred and thirty-one people in the Donetsk Republic have recovered from the coronavirus infection over the past 24 hours, the DPR Healthcare Ministry reported on Thursday.

“Over the past 24 hours, DPR medics have diagnosed 28 new COVID-19 cases,” the report said. “As many as 131 patients have recovered.”

It is the highest number of recoveries since the Republic began to fight the coronavirus infection.

The first COVID-19 case in the DPR was diagnosed on March 31. The DPR currently has 1,194 confirmed COVID-19 cases; 507 patients have convalesced and 73 have died.*jk
