Ukrainian forces violate ceasefire 67 times on Donbass contact line over week

Donetsk, Feb 28 – DAN. Ukrainian army units violated the existing ceasefire accord 67 times over the past week, the Donetsk People’s Republic militia said.

Overall, 114 120mm and 82mm mortar rounds and 198 grenades were fired at 18 DPR settlements over the designated period. Residential areas in Donetsk, Gorlovka and Yelenovka came under fire.

Twenty houses, a school and two transmission lines in the DPR were damaged over the past week. The information on possible casualties or damage is not available.

The DPR militia said the strikes had been delivered by six Ukrainian army brigades. Photos and videos of ceasefire violations were sent to the DPR Prosecutor General’s Office which will open criminal  proceedings over these facts.*jk
