Ukrainian forces deliver mortar strike at Leninskoye village area in southern DPR – JCCC

Donetsk, Nov 5 – DAN. Ukrainian armed formations fired mortars at the Leninskoye village area in the south of the Donetsk Republic, the DPR Office at the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination reported on Thursday.

Fire was delivered from the Kiev-controlled Vodyanoye village at 15:00; two rounds were fired, the JCCC said.

On top of that, observers reported two explosions at Ukrainian forces positions in the Vodyanoye village area at 15:04.

The package of tighter ceasefire control measures came into force in Donbass on July 27, 2020. The document bans the use of any weapons, deployment of hardware, special operations, engineer works and unmanned aerial vehicles flights. Violations of accords by Ukraine, such as strikes, launches of drones including attack drones, and engineer works, are recorded regularly.*jk
