Kenosha: Negligence Claims Filed Against City And County Over Fatal Shootings

Police prepare for President Trump’s visit on Sept. 1, 2020 to Kenosha, Wis. Claims have been filed against Kenosha city and county, arguing the police and sheriff’s department were negligent in their handling of protests on Aug. 25 in which three men were shot.

Kyle Rittenhouse Released On $2 Million Bail, Awaiting Trial In Kenosha, Wis., Deaths

Rittenhouse is out on $2 million bail — much of which was donated by conservative activists — as he awaits trial on charges including first-degree intentional homicide, first-degree reckless homicide and attempted first-degree intentional homicide. Last week, prosecutors added another charge, the Journal Sentinel reported: violation of curfew on the night of the shootings.
