★ Child and elderly man injured in Veseloye by Ukrainian shelling

Donetsk, May 30 – DAN. A girl and an elderly man have sustained injuries as the Veseloye township came under Ukrainian fire, said DPR representative at the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination (JCCC) Ruslan Yakubov.

“At 8 p.m., Ukrainian armed formations opened fire from the direction of Peski towards Veseloye. A shell hit the roof of a residential building on Volnyi av. 49; a civilian (born in 1956) sustained shrapnel wounds to his back and legs, an eight-year-old girl residing at Volnyi, 47 sustained injuries to her left arm.”

The JCCC said Kiev forces used anti-tank guided missiles.

The child received medical aid at the scene, the man was treated in hospital.

A house on Krasnopartizanskaya 56 was damaged. *ot
