Kiev forces violate ceasefire seven times, fire 87 rounds at DPR over 24 hours – JCCC

Donetsk, Jan 21 – DAN. Ukrainian armed formations violated the ceasefire seven times over the past 24 hours firing some 90 rounds of ammunition at the Donetsk Republic territory, the DPR Office at the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination reported on Tuesday.

“Over the past 24 hours, Ukrainian armed formations violated the ceasefire seven times expending 87 rounds of ammunition,” the report said.

Strikes were delivered at the Vesyoloye village, the Donetsk airport area and the Trudovskaya Colliery settlement on the Donetsk axis, the outskirts of the Gagarin Colliery settlement, the 6/7 Colliery settlement and southern Zaitsevo on the Gorlovka axis and the Sakhanka village area on the Mariupol axis, the JCCC said.

The enemy used 82mm mortars, grenade launchers and high calibre small arms. The amount of expended ammunition of calibre up to 12.7mm is not added to overall daily statistics.

In the previous reporting period, Ukrainian forces violated the ceasefire twice firing more than 120 rounds of ammunition at DPR areas.*jk
