160 new COVID-19 cases confirmed in DPR over 24 hours – Health Ministry

Donetsk, Oct 27 – DAN. One hundred and sixty new COVID-19 cases have been diagnosed in the Donetsk Republic over the past 24 hours, the DPR Healthcare Ministry reported on Tuesday.

Sixty-three people have been discharged from hospitals and 18 patients have died since Monday, the the Healthcare Ministry said. The DPR currently has 6,103 confirmed coronavirus infection cases; 2,675 people have come through the illness and 466 have died.

Ukraine has reported 6,677 new COVID-19 cases over the past 24 hours; 355,601 people have got infected and 6,590 have died in Ukraine since the beginning of the pandemic.

The DPR has been on high alert in connection with the COVID-19 threat since March 2020.*jk
