Ukrainian forces fire 142 rounds at DPR over 24 hours, use 122mm artillery, inflict damage – JCCC

Donetsk, Oct 3 – DAN. Ukrainian army units violated the ceasefire 20 times over the past 24 hours firing 142 rounds of ammunition at the Donetsk Republic territory, head of the DPR Office at the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination Ruslan Yakubov said on Thursday.

“Over the past 24 hours, Ukrainian armed formations violated the ceasefire 20 times expending 142 rounds of ammunition,” Yakubov said.

Strikes the delivered at  Dokuchayevsk, the Spartak, Alexandrovka and Trudovskaya Colliery neighbourhoods in the outskirts of Donetsk, Gorlovka’s Zaitsevo, Dolomitnoye and Gagarin Colliery neighbourhoods, and the Belaya Kamenka, Bezymennoye, Dzerzhinskoye, Kominternovo and Sakhanka villages in southern DPR, he added.

The enemy used 122mm artillery, 120mm and 82mm mortars, infantry fighting vehicle cannons, grenade launchers and high calibre small arms. The amount of expended ammunition of calibre up to 12.7mm is not added to overall daily statistics.

The house at 106 Lenin Street in Dokuchayevsk was damaged in the shelling.

In the previous reporting period, Ukrainian forces fired 138 rounds of ammunition at DPR areas.*jk*pp
