Kiev forces violate ceasefire 159 times in a week, massive damage reported

Donetsk, Jul 12 – DAN. Ukrainian forces violated the ceasefire 159 times this week, damaging 77 houses and infrastructural facilities, said DPR People’s Militia deputy chief-of-staff Eduard Basurin.

“Over the week, Ukrainian armed formations intensified strikes on populated areas, 159 ceasefire violations were recorded; the total number of shells fired on the DPR is 1,135.”

Over this period, 65 houses, 12 civilian infrastructural facilities including two gas pipes, a cathedral and two schools, and 10 ha of a wheat field, have been damaged or destroyed.
