Kiev uses Minsk to gain attention on battleground of information war

Donetsk, Nov 23 – DAN. Ukraine uses Minsk negotiating forum to attract attention of the international community, not for the peace settlement in Donbass, Russia political analyst and journalist Oleg Bondarenko said speaking an online press conference organized by the TASS News agency.

“It is obvious that Kiev needed “the Minsk” and the Contact Group, and the Minsk Agreements solely as a means of the presence on international agenda. At this moment Ukraine is absent from the international agenda, it is just non-existent,” he said.

“The way negotiations transpire these days is Kiev’s attempt to remind of itself, to trade off some international preferences.”

Ukrainian representatives are busy with speculations and informational blackmailing. They use the Minsk negotiating forum as a battleground of information war”.*ot
