DPR softens lockdown rules to allow sport evens and unattended children in public places

Donetsk, Jun 1 – DAN. DPR has further softened lockdown rules allowing children under 14 years of age in public places unattended and opening sport venues for events without an audience.

The DPR Head Denis Pushilin has signed the Decree No 179 to remove Article 101 of the High Alert Decree banning children under 14 y.o. from visiting public places unattended. Article 9.1 has been amended to allow sport events without an audience, including team sports.

Previous measures have been extended past May 31 until further notice.

On March 14, the DPR went on high alert in connection with the threat of the coronavirus infection spread.*ot
