DPR reopens humanitarian corridor at Elenovka checkpoint

Donetsk, Aug 24 – DAN. DPR has again reopened Elenovka checkpoint at the contact line to let people across the border.

“DPR has reopened the crossing point, it is open from 9.00 a.m. until 6 p.m.,” the DPR Ministry’s of State Security Border Guard Service said.

Last week, the corridor opened on August 21.

To enter the DPR, travelers must be granted clearance from the anti-coronavirus HQ; for exit they must have a registration in Ukraine.

Travelers entering the Republic are subject to a mandatory quarantine.

The DPR suspended the operation of crossing points on the contact line in March to prevent the import of the coronavirus infection. *ot
