97 new COVID-19 cases reported in DPR over 24 hours – Health Ministry

Donetsk, Oct 6 – DAN. Nearly 100 new COVID-19 cases have been recorded in the Donetsk People’s Republic over the past 24 hours, the DPR Healthcare Ministry reported on Tuesday.
Seventeen people have been discharged from hospitals with two negative test results for COVID-19 and 12 patients have died since Monday, the report said.
The DPR currently has 3,936 confirmed COVID-19 cases in hospital; 2,164 patients have recovered and 236 have died.
Ukraine has reported 4,348 new COVID-19 cases over the past 24 hours; 234,584 people have got infected in Ukraine and 4,520 have died since the beginning of the pandemic.
The DPR went on high alert in March to prevent the spread of the coronavirus infection.*jk
