★ DPR People’s Militia ordered higher combat readiness level

Donetsk, May 20 – DAN. DPR Head Denis Pushilin has ordered People’s Militia to raise the readiness condition level.

“I, acting in capacity of the Head of the DPR, has decided to raise DPR People’s Militia readiness condition level in case Kiev acts aggressively.”

The security situation along the contact line has deteriorated since May 1. Ukrainian armed forces have been extensively using weapons banned under the Minsk Agreements violating the ceasefire 250 times in the abovementioned period.

“A woman has been killed, 11 people injured in 19 days. The SMM reports confirm that all the civilian casualties are residents of the DPR.”

The DPR leader has called on the OSCE, Russian, France and Germany to convince Ukraine to stop the escalation and cease provocations both on the ground and in the Minsk Contact Group. *ot
